LEGO® Stunt Rally began development under the name of LEGO® Moto in 1998, however the name later changed for unknown reasons. The only major change to the gameplay was putting the cars on rails, as kids kept getting lost driving off the road. A Playstation version was also developed by Intelligent Games, however it later moved to Asylum Entertainment before being scrapped altogether.

I originally envisaged Stunt Rally to be a more 'free-form' driving game, with more realistic driving physics, but we needed to keep it kid friendly leading to a more 'Scalextric approach.
